What will your job be about
•Manage customer complains (drive root cause analysis, 8D report).
•Drive continuous improvement process.
•Drive root cause investigations for internal plant issues, MSA study
•Main driver for non-conform products management coming out from his projects responsibility.
•Responsible to check process changes implementation.
•Asses process preventive corrective actions robustness.
•Perform system, process, product audits as per ISO TS 16949.
•Elaborate related work instructions, visual aids, Process Control plan, work inspection
•Ensures compliance to customer quality requirements.
•Participates at APQP documents draw-up. Plans and coordinates the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation draw up and provides them to customers in order to obtain PSW (Part Submission Warrant).
What We Are Looking For
Technical University Degree (graduate diploma);
Assembly, electronics components knowledge;
Previous work experience with quality tools(8D);
Previous work experience with Control Plan;
Knowledge of MSA;
Strong team player;
Excellent communications skills;
Analytical mindset;
Demonstrable skills in leading quality improvement;
English language - good to advanced level.
