Assessment Lead

The Assessment Lead will take overall responsibility for the management and expansion of the examination and assessment processes including the planning, running and delivery of examinations for the clients, growing the existing portfolio and contributing to developing the line of business.

The Assessment Lead will have a very good level of both spoken and written English, knowledge of any other international languge will be considered an advantage.

As someone who has strong business experience and work ethics, you will lead on a day to day basis ensuring that all examinations and assessments are planned, scheduled and delivered smoothly, oversee the standardisation and marking processes as well as keep in contact with the parties involved - internal assessors and clients, making sure they receive appropriate support and/or guidance to carry out their work effectively.

You will be actively involved in training and developing assessors in language assessment and also in maintaining and improving language placement tests in order to ensure quality standards are being met at all times and assessments are highly reliable.

Business trips in or outside Romania may occur occasionally, so the person filling this role will be flexible in terms of potential traveling, going to clients and having out of office meetings.
