The role is responsible for :

  • Support the BC team members (and globally) with SAP GRC master data requirements
  • Creation of Controls, ad-hoc issues, etc.
  • Perform setup prerequisites.
  • Validate & Check data for consistency.
  • Proactive working with solution teams on issues (ie raising IT tickets).
  • Extraction of reports from SAP GRC & perform analytical analysis.
  • Support the TM&D systems Executive with driving Customer Master Data integrity through the alignment of RTM, by focusing on accurate outlet classification and required data fields
  • The person is encouraged to be able to engage with global partners and understand business requirements & solutions with minimal support.
  • Part of Technology working group within Business Controls Team, responsible for maintaining controls master data, building and testing control monitoring scripts, and review user security reports.
  • Opportunity to be part of business process reviews and control design advisory projects.

    CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?

    Essential experience, skills and knowledge:

        1. Educational qualifications: Graduate in Finance, accounting, maths, business or information technology.

        problem solving, interest in analysing business data with attention to detail.

        related data analytics - in auditing context would be an advantage.

        with ERP systems such as SAP

        in data analytics/coding skills such as python, R or tools like Alteryx would be useful.

    Context / Environment

        1. 1+ years post qualification experience, ideally in risk internal controls or audit experience with accounting firm or corporate industry experience.

        2. Experience in global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment.
