Porta KMI Romania is searching for a very positive, organised, good English speaker, problem solver person for the position of General Manager's Assistant
Tasks:
- running the secretary's office;
- public relations, protocols and meeting scheduling;
- hotel reservations and flight tickets purchasing;
- documents, mail and phone calls processing;
- translations;
- receiving/sending all correspondence;
- support in human resources department;
- keeps evidence of all invoices and commercial contracts, processes invoices in internal specific program.
