Fast-growing company acting in FMCG market, distribution area (marketing & sales) is looking for a new colleague to fill the position of Assistant Manager.
In this role you will assist the Commercial Manager of the company, providing administrative, day to day operational and project support.
Responsibilities:
- gather, compile, verify and analyze information
- support in preparation of various reports, documents and presentations
- assist and create briefings of business meetings
- plan and organize events, business meetings, calls
- manage calendars and CM agenda
- facilitate smooth communications between the CM and other parties (managers, employees, external partners)
- ad hoc administrative tasks
- collaborate with different team members (Commercial Department) as well as other colleagues and external partners
Requirements:
- relevant previous experience
- excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Italian can be a plus
- solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- planning, organising and results driven
- excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- ability to work independently, but with a high degree of collaboration
- comfortable working in situations with imperfect information
- involvement, confidentiality, diplomacy
