We are looking for a very organized and dynamic Assistant Manager with a pro-active attitude to help our Support Departments.
Responsibilities:
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence;
- Typing, preparing and collating reports;
- Handling protocol related tasks with guest;
- Complete all month-end close related responsibilities and tasks;
- Ensuring schedules and objectives are met;
- Specific administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position;
- Bachelor's Degree.
Required skills and abilities:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time;
- Experience with MS Office Products, specifically Excel;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent time management/organizational skills;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Proficiency in English – spoken and written + 1 additional language;
- Interpersonal and communication skills;
- Problem-solving attitude.
