Responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks (providing the necessary materials for all the departments; allocates badges, phones , locker keys and makes the documents for it; ensures the protocol for the visitors);
- Receiving the correspondence, sorting and distributing it;
- Receiving and registering the visitors;
- Making daily orders for catering;
- Management of telephone calls and redirection to the persons concerned;
- Making travel arrangements for visitors and for the company employees;
- Managing medical insurance for the employees sent abroad;
- Keeping up to date the situation regarding the company's fleet of cars
- Placing different orders in SAP and to the suppliers;
- Managing the transport for direct employees;
- Performing translations;
- Presentations on various topics;
- Responsible for organizing meeting rooms.
Requirements:
- Communication skills;
- Efficiently person, who respects deadlines;
- Organizational abilities - to prioritize tasks correctly;
- Good abilities to use Microsoft Office;
- English and French acknowledgement;
- College graduate;
- Driving licence.
