Automation Engineer

Responsibilities:

• PLC programming (SCL,FBD,STL);
• Develop and test the PLC software;
• Integrate the PLC system with other systems, such as actuators, drivers, sensors, and safety systems;
• Familiar with Frequency drive setup;
• Networking skills;
• Responsible for the quality of the PLC program developed and for its implementation;
• Commissioning of automation system at customer site;
• Buildup technical documentation for the software.

Profile:

• University degree in technical field: Electronics/Automation/Computers;
• Good technical knowledge of Siemens Step7, Siemens Tia Portal;
• Electrical design experience is an advantage;
• Professional experience in industrial automation;
• Experience in PLC programming;
• Willingness to travel approx. 40% of the time (PLC commissioning);
• A very good general understanding of technical concepts, plus the intention to acquire new knowledge;
• Good English knowledge;
