Automation Engineer

• Ensures data and program management, interference with other data systems and data transfer, back-up / restore;
• Ensures the order, execution and validation of new equipment / processes and maintains contact with their suppliers;
• Ensures the operation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems and electronic engineering processes;
• Supervises projects of modifications and improvements in matter of equipment and technological areas;
• Systematically check the equipment, computers and PLCs that are part of the automation installation, in order to ascertain the anomalies in operation;
• Ensures maintenance activities of automation systems, participating in them;
• Ensures the maintenance of connections between line PLCs and HMI;
• Verification of programs and selection of equipment in order to carry out projects according to the imposed requirements;
• Ensures the realization of the documentation of the executed programs, the creation of the electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schemes;
• Active participation in the implementation of projects, in terms of programming providers;
• Elaborates the work and maintenance instructions of the equipment for its area of activity;
• Ensures the installation & upgrade of the IT infrastructure in production;
• Monitors and audits the continuous improvement, coordinates the continuous improvement processes, designs and ensures the implementation of the requirements in the Continuous Improvement system.

Requirements: 

• Higher education in automation and control systems in the field of Automation / Computers;
• Good knowledge of Windows (Win, Embedded, CE, Mobile, antivirus), networking and software;
• Knowledge of the ITIL process is an advantage
• Basic knowledge Simatic Manager - Step, TIA Portal, WinCC Flexible, Prosave (is an advantage Siemens training courses - TIA, PRO, SERV);
• Knowledge of English - advanced level;
• Excellent communicator inside and outside the team.
