Automation Expert & Reporting Analyst

Detailed tasks:

• Clarify the business requirements for E2E Processes, HR Group, Financial Group and Procurement Group, NatCo and LBU in order to automate them
• Provide support to the business analysts in creating requirements specifications / functional design of applications (or act like one)
• Review and implementation of automated processes (robots)
• Creation of test cases and Execution / User support Test acceptance (UAT) together with E2E Processes, HR Group, Financial Group and Acquisition Group, NatCo and LBU
• Support for incident management from a functional point of view
• Activities that combine analytical and design skills with adequate knowledge of software and hardware technology, in order to define, design, realize, test, implement and modify computer systems containing software as the main component
• Creating, generating, and automating reports according to business requirements
• Learning and using different applications based on the business needs of ongoing projects.

Ideal Candidate

• Completion of university studies
• Basic knowledge in the field of IT and telecom (ITIL knowledge / certification is a plus)
• Experience and ease of use in MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and VBA applications
• Experience and ease of use in RPA applications, especially Blue Prism
• Communication skills at different levels of hierarchy and in complicated or conflicting situations
• Own initiative, focus on accomplishing tasks in difficult terms and flexibility in the case of pressure situations
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills for collecting, understanding and translating complex client requests into technical requirements
• Work experience in large projects where you were responsible for certain tasks, as well as delivering requirements to others Good knowledge of English language (spoken & written)
