People Point is recruiting for its client a B2C Marketing Automation Specialist. Our client is an international company activating in Financial Services that positively impacts people’s quality of life every day. We are looking for a B2C Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team in Bucharest, Romania, with 2+ years of relevant working experience in marketing automation.

The B2C Marketing Automation Specialist will:
■ Design marketing automation strategy supporting business goals.

■ Coordinate the creation of all the needed compelling and dynamically contextualized assets.

■ Deploy (configuration/setup, asset integration) appropriate contextualized journeys/ workflows across all touchpoints (email, paid, social, on-site, SMS, in-app and mobile push) leveraging all data sources available.

■ Perform daily management and maintenance of tools, databases and integrations. Proactively identify bugs or issues and provide successful resolutions (troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation, automation flows, forms, and all other aspects associated with program execution).

■ Structure and implement tests to drive continuous optimization of all elements (., subject lines, creatives, copy, audience segments, triggers, etc.)

■ Perform regular data hygiene audits within B2C Automation & Orchestration tools and take action according to their result ■ Monitor health indicators and analyze performance indicators as underlying components of overall marketing and business objectives.

■ In case an external agency is hired to support B2C Marketing Automation & Orchestration activities (or part of it): Provide clear direction; Analyze & validate proposed operational plan; Control execution and quality of deliverables; Reprioritize tasks and deliverables as needed

■ Collaborates closely with all digital marketing team members, Product team, Regional Digital Marketing Competence Center lead, Competence Center B2C Automation & Orchestration expert.

Technical competencies:

■ In-depth knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Adobe Campaigns or other marketing automation platforms - Pardot/SAS/Sales Force Marketing Cloud)

■ In-depth knowledge of buyer’s journey and how various marketing channels work at each stage of the funnel to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

■ Demonstrable expert knowledge of email marketing and strong knowledge of direct communication channels (push, in app, SMS).

■ Good understanding of how CRM systems work and interact with marketing automation platforms.

■ Working knowledge of advanced measurement systems such as Multi-Touch Attribution. Ability to articulate complex workflows, dependencies, solutions, and trade-offs.

■ Successful experience in driving agencies (if parts of duties are outsourced)

■ Previous experience in integration with Databases or Data-Warehouses/Data-Lakes is a plus.

■ Previous experience in integration with mobile applications is a plus.

■ Previous experience in integration with CRMs is a plus.

■ Intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS is a plus.


Qualifications:

■ 2+ years’ experience as marketing automation specialist deploying programs for B2C.

■ Experience applying their technical and data knowledge to address business goals related to customer acquisition, expansion, and retention.

■ Track record in bringing marketing automation and orchestration to the next level & impact results.

■ Experience in working transversally in a matrix global organization marketing automation and orchestration.

■ Good written and verbal communication skills.

■ Customer-oriented.

■ Fluent English speaking and reading/writing skills.
