Back Office Analyst with French

Currently we are looking for a Back Office Analyst part of our Consumables team: 

What you will do:

• Placing phone orders from end users (exceptions only)
• Validating customer account details & entitlements and communicating these to our customers
• Ensure business targets on Consumables cost are achieved
• Organise part collections from customers
• Chasing orders
• Organise part collections from customers
• Monitoring account usage
• Monitoring internet trading (work with brand protection team)
• Ensuring consistent and accurate application of processes

The Ideal candidate should have:

• Good level of both French and English skills
• Strong Customer skills
• A professional manner in providing support via telephone and E-mail
• Be able to work under pressure and deliver results
• Problem solving skills
