Back-Office & HR Assistant (Part-time, Student)

Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating between offices in Bucharest, Frankfurt, London and Delhi
• Sorting and distributing communications in a timely manner
• Coordinating the recruitment activity for the Bucharest office
• Engaging in administrative and research activities

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in similar positions is desired, but not mandatory
• Good English written and verbal communication skills (especially on the phone)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
• Proficiency in cloud software (Office, Dropbox etc.)
