Responsibilities:
Managing database of product certificates.
- contacts with suppliers for products certificates
- keeping database of certificates on shared drive
- cooperation with certification companies for new certificates / extending current ones
Translating into Romanian English company`s documents (presentations, product cards etc)
Managing purchase and distribution of marketing materials and marketing gadgets between sales force
Communicating lead time to sales team orders, delivery dates, monitoring deliveries
Managing with customer returns: issue goods return approval to customer & related credit notes upon warehouse inspection results
Managing updates and solve on daily basis customer complaints
Involvement in the process of induction for the new employees of the company
Responsible for monthly reports on complaints status, sales and quotations
Responsibility for company social media development and contacts
Contacts with marketing agencies for planning campaigns etc.
We are looking for:
Dinamic person with a very good knowledge of English language
This person must be very well organized: to know how to manage the time, priorities, tasks
Open for new challenges and eager to learn and develop skills (digital marketing courses etc.)
One or more/mixed previous experience in administrative, customer care, back office, markerting, logistics tasks or similar
A person that preferably lives in the 6-th district of Bucharest of Ilfov county (Chiajna, etc.)
We offer:
A base salary of Ron netto + monthly bonus based on performance (300 – 600 RON netto)
