BEAUTY ADVISER-SKINCARE SPECIALIST

ESTEE LAUDER ROMANIA IS LOOKING FOR A BEAUTY ADVISER EXPERT IN SKINCARE FOR AN AMAZING BRAND FROM OUR PORTFOLIO !

The Skincare specialist role is responsible for :
- deliver exceptional, high touch client services with personalized product recommendations;
- meet individual sales goals and KPI`s target through the use of the brand knowledge and performance of the brand service ritual with every client;
- promote and maintain the brand image and personify the brand Service Mission and Values
- participate in the brand education seminars and coaching to gain knowledge of the unique and story of the products
- use brand knowledge and the Service Ritual as a competitive advantage with clients
- build long term client relationships using the Client registry, special events and daily focus on consultations and customized product recommendations
Key Actions :
- achieve individual daily and weekly sales goals;
- meet daily productivity standards
- learn current, complete and through brand product knowledge
- build sales with link and/or bridge sales opportunities through personalized recommendations

Experience :
- 2 years of retail experience;
- superb communication skills;
- proven track record of excellent client service;
- strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment;
- experience in a cosmetics/luxury environment and skin care preferred.
