Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the efforts to use Tableau or other reporting tools to automate the reporting of Secureworks data
• Develop key Tableau dashboards to provide reporting analysis and analytics insights
• Responsibility for the full development life cycle of the solution, including detailed design, code development, code reviews, unit testing, build/test support, data quality monitors, deployment activities and post-deployment support
• Lead the development of reporting models that define relationships between tables in the data warehouse and simplify the report development process
• Build great leadership skills by working with IT to manage and optimize the BI architecture and development along with analytic operations
• Serve as a senior contributor on data and information centric initiatives including data warehouse structure, ETL processes, and external data interfaces
• Interact with the other departments to understand and identify data needs and requirements and work with the IT organization to deliver warehouse and reporting solutions to address those needs

Essential Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree and 5-8 years of relevant experience or Graduate degree and 4-6 years relevant experience
• Expert knowledge of Tableau and SQL required; proficiency in Python or other programming language preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to work autonomously, be goal and deadline driven, with a high degree of independence
• A minimum of 3 years hands-on experience working with database and warehouse technologies and architectures; including both logical and physical designs, data mart creation, ETL tools, loaders and development and reporting tools is required. This experience should include influencing global data architecture directions and defining major data architecture related technology standards

Desirable Requirements:

• Industry background in a software or technology company; experience in a cyber-security firm is a plus
• Strong financial and business acumen
