The right candidate:

Prepares the eligibility and qualification documents of the company in order to participate in tender procedures
Obtains and validates the eligibility and qualification documents of the partners in order for the company to participate in tender procedures
Reviews the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services and/or products (as applicable) are included in the final price offered
Obtains all the documents required in order to finalize the offers
Submits the offers
Updates the knowledge base repository of the company
Prepares reports and analysis as requested by the manager

IF YOU HAVE:

Experience of minimum 3 years in public acquisitions procedures (evaluations / preparations of offers)
Very good command of English language
Advanced knowledge of MS Office
Attention to details
Experience in WB/Europeaid public acquisitions procedures (an advantage)
Certified as public acquisitions expert (an advantage)
