Bid Specialist

We are looking for a Bid Specialist to join our tremendous team. 

Required skills and experience:

Very rigorous, extremely well organized, with exceptional attention to details and formal issues
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledgeable about document management and collaboration tools.
Good knowledge of the IT industry and IT environment in general (but not necessarily a technical person)
Proposal management experience
Excellent English (other languages are a plus)

Nice to have:
Experience with public procurement, contracting and project management.
Exposure to legal and financial issues.
IT Technical Experience.
Sales experience.


Responsibilities:
Coordinate and organize bids, proposals, offers.
Prepare and/or obtain administrative forms, letters, diplomas, CVs, project references, legal documents, financial and tax documents.
Contribute to the written proposal - both in terms of content and presentation (such as preparation of a management summary).
Format, proof, check, print and package the final proposal.
