Bid Specialist Senior

Abilities:

• Technical writing skills

• For Bid Specialist, we expect you to have strong and advanced Microsoft Office skills.

• Understanding the basic concepts and terminology in the bidding process is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluation of the eligibility and qualification requirements requested and preparation of the documents necessary to cover them

• Coordination and follow-up of obtaining the documents necessary to prepare the tenders

• Technical writing for bid response

• Maintenance of databases and knowledge

• Preparation of reports and summaries

Mandatory qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in public/private procurement (preparation / evaluation of tenders)

• Previous experience in an IT or tech company

• English - advanced level

• MS Office - advanced level

• Attention to details

Optional qualifications:

• Experience in public/private procurement conducted

• Certification of public procurement expert

• Knowledge of other languages
