Bilingual Marketing Specialist (Eng-Fr)

DMatrix is looking for an enthusiastic, focused and organized Bilingual Marketing Specialist (Eng-Fr) to be part of our team!

Responsibilities:

Please note that all below responsibilities can be requested in both languages so proficiency in both English & French is a must!

The responsibilities of the Bilingual Marketing Specialist (Eng-Fr) include: 

• Marketing - provide support for marketing initiatives 

• Social Media - create social media posts and creatives (images), monthly industry-related social media calendar, increase engagement rate (reply to comments, inbox messages on social media platforms)

• Translations - upon request provide ENG-FR or vice-versa translations of documents

• HR - provide support to the HR department when it comes to job descriptions, interviewing French-speakers

Requirements:

• Fluency in both English and French - is a must

• 1-3 years of relevant industry experience

• Tech and media savvy

• Post-secondary degree or diploma  (Preferably Marketing or Foreign Languages English - French)

• Key values: honesty, integrity, professionalism and passion for foreign languages and marketing

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both languages)

• An ability to work independently but also be a team player

• Time management skills, as this role involves multitasking 

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

• Exceptional research, writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adapt to the style, tone, and brand voice of our business.

But most importantly, you must be positive, highly organized, and enjoy challenges!
