Bilingual Social Media Specialist (ENG + FR)

DMatrix is looking for an enthusiastic, focused and organized Bilingual Social Media Specialist (Eng - Fr) to be part of our team!

Responsibilities:

Please note that all below responsibilities can be requested in both languages so proficiency in both English & French is a must!

• Responsible for developing and executing social media strategy and calendars

• Create, manage and distribute content via social media channels

• Respond to all mentions and comments promptly, ensuring the interaction is in line with the company’s brand

• Leverage insights and analytic tools to provide reports and develop ways to improve metrics

Requirements:

• Proficient in Sendible (social media scheduling tool)

• At least 1-year experience in planning and coordinating social media 

• Experience in digital media and working with Adobe Photoshop or other photo editing software

• Insurance industry background preferred

• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Exceptional writing and editorial skills with strong attention to detail

• Deep understanding of social media channels (knowledge of monitoring/analytic tools)

• Excellent oral and written communications skills
