Billing Analyst

What you will do:

1) Utilize multiple reports to ensure the accuracy of billing transactions in the Enel X specific interfaces;

2) Review and validate customer pricing and setup;

3) Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies;

4) Assist with invoice preparation and reconciliation of billing to A/R;

5) Monitor outstanding A/R balances and take appropriate action

6) Prepare reports and analyses as required in support of the monthly financial closing process and contractual obligations and define and close accounting periods in the billing system

7) Provide input to policies, systems, and procedures for effective control of billing

8) Assist in development of new processes within Billing and other departments and be involved with the global team for furture system updates and developments.

9) Test system changes

10) Internal audit of invoices

What we search in you:

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including data manipulation,

- Good command of the English language

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to understand complex billing arrangements

- Ability to cooperate and coordinate with both internal and external departmental staff to resolve questions, problem solve more complex issues and ensure the timely delivery of departmental objectives

- Detail oriented with strong analytic and problem - solving skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- 2+ years experience in billing (SaaS or subscription model knowhow is considered a plus but not mandatory),

- Minimum experience and understanding of Standard Accounting Principles is required

- University Degree or higher (Economics, Accounting or related firled combined)
