Booking Centre Agent - German full-time/part-time

What you will do:

• You advise our customers concerning the assignment of appointments in one of our branches (no telephone sales, no automotive knowledge required)
• You support our customers by having an open ear for their questions
• You take over the documentation and post processing of our service calls
