Adecco Human Resources hires for its client, provider of accounting and transportation services, Bookkeeper/Receptionist.

Duties and Responsibilities (to include but not limited to):

  • Responsible and accountable for the data entry of all sales invoices, purchase invoices and expense receipts, sales income and purchase payments;
  • Responsible for managing the client accounts and all client records;
  • To keep all client records up to date and correct;
  • To acknowledge deadlines and tasks and report to senior staff of these;
  • Responsible for all company calls and distributing calls to the correct staff and recording any notes on the client accounts if needed;
  • Ad hoc duties are required throughout to include client letters and reports;
  • Assist senior staff with filing duties and ad hoc duties;
  • Open, Sort and route incoming mail.

  • Strong Excel skills and Microsoft Office, Outlook tools affinity;
  • English fluency.
  • Structured and analytical approach;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Diligent approach to take care and follow-up with different stakeholders.
