Mission:
The person on this position will be responsible for developing, managing effective implementation of brand vision in support of sales growth. The role requires demonstration of the thorough understanding and highly effective management of all aspects of the assigned brand to meet agreed annual financial objectives with the special focus on portfolio and innovation build up.
Key tasks:
Cooperation with Category Manager in implementation of brands annual strategy including responsibility for:
• Leading the execution of specific projects in the context of category strategy to drive sales and profit growth
• Monitoring and analyze key brand dynamics as the source of new insights, competitive strategies and effective portfolio management
• Supporting the development of effective category management initiatives with local trade marketing and sales organization
• Definition of brand strategy
• Management of innovation pipeline
• Execution of innovation plans
• Daily business management in order to meet assigned KPIs
• Other tasks assigned by manager
Requirements:
• 3 Years marketing experience, must be able to demonstrate outstanding marketing skills and potential, developed within an FMCG environment
• Educated to minimum master degree level in a business related subject - from a recognized University
• Advanced Excel, Powerpoint, Advanced Word
• Strong commercial awareness
