Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing; Master is a plus;
• Working experience as Brand Mananger 3-5years;
• Experience with a pharmaceutical company is a plus (OTC product is preferable);
• Good command of spoken and written English;
• Good analytical and communication skills;
• Excellent analytical & data modelling skills; good command of Excel & PowerPoint;
• Strategic thinking, solve chalanges quickly and efficiently;
• Great presentation & communication skills.
Main responsabilities:
• Design, define, implement and monitor the marketing strategy and programs for the sales force, the medical division, the distribution channels and the final consumer;
• Conducts market research, establishes the price strategy, as well as the ATL and BTL campaigns to promote the allocated portfolio;
• Performs market visits for the follow-up of the implementation of the trade actions / campaigns and for identifying new opportunities;
• Conducts and sustains product trainings for sales and medical teams;
• Is responsible for implementing all marketing activities for the allocated portfolio and monitoring the results;
• Periodically, presents to the Board, respectively to the producer, the requested reports and analyzes;
• Developing and maintaining relationships with product suppliers;
• Maintaining the relationship with Key Opinion Leaders;
• Managing marketing budgets;
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs in order to drive market growth;
• Work with marketing and advertising agencies to make sure they’re respecting the brand purpose and guidelines throughout every communication.
