As a Brand Manager, Hygiene , you will be responsible for developing, managing effective implementation of brand vision in support of sales growth. The role requires demonstration of the thorough understanding and highly effective management of all aspects of the assigned brand to meet agreed annual financial objectives with the special focus on portfolio and innovation build up.


You’ll be responsible for…

Brand Strategy & Category growth:

  • Cooperation with Category Manager in the implementation of brands annual strategy
  • Responsible for developing annual brand plans based on all relevant market, sales and consumer data (market trends, market shares, sellin/sellout, trade environment, pricing activities, consumer trends etc)
  • Monitoring and analyze key brand dynamics as the source of new insights, competitive strategies and effective portfolio management
  • Leading the execution of specific projects in the context of category strategy to drive sales and profit growth
  • Supporting the development of effective category management initiatives with local trade marketing and sales organization
  • Determine value targets, monitors value achievement and liaises with sales and trade marketing monthly to discuss changes in volume in order to propose adjustments
  • Management of innovation pipeline
  • Execution of innovation plans

 

Financial Planning Process & Pricing Strategy implementation:

  • Provide quality input into financial forecasting for assigned brands
  • P&L accountability – responsible to deliver profitable growth for the brand, understanding the full P&L and managing the right levels to deliver top line and bottom line
  • Demonstrate strong budget management and ability to manage financial aspects of brands where appropriate, achieving financial objectives
  • Engages in extensive price analysis and leads pricing strategy

 

Integrated Marketing communication:

  • Ensure the integrity of consumer communication activities with overall regional/cluster brand strategy
  • Leads the implementation of the agreed communication activities
  • Participates in the media planning process and co-drives together with regional teams

Requirements:

  • 4 - 6 years' marketing experience must be able to demonstrate outstanding marketing skills and potential, developed within an FMCG environment
  • Educated to minimum master degree level in a business-related subject - from a recognized University
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Advanced Word
  • Strong commercial awareness

  • Resilient and able to respond under pressure
  • Ability to influence
