Fast-growing company acting in FMCG market, distribution area (marketing & sales) is looking for a qualified Brand Manager who is passionate about marketing and committed to business performance.
Job purpose:
In this stimulating role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans to achieve the objectives for allocated brands and to positively influence the growth of the business (maximizing brand value, achieving sales and market share targets etc.).
You will report to Marketing Manager.
Experience and knowledge:
- +4 years of relevant marketing experience in FMCG and / or OTC market
- good understanding of data driven digital marketing
- business acumen; basics in Finance (P&L understanding)
- good understanding of consumer insights and market analysis
- advanced level in English and high level of PC literacy (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

- creative and critical thinking; ability to convert ideas and analyses into sustainable strategies and actionable plans
- systemic / global perspective; ability to manage incomplete data and build integrated systems
