We are looking for a Brand Manager, for a maternity coverage position, 2-year contract.
What does a Brand Manager do?
She or He uncovers consumer insights and delivers innovative marketing campaigns. We’ll turn to our Marketing team to learn what can we do to recruit new consumers and how we can improve consumers' experience to gain brand loyalty
Responsibilities
- Develop the brand strategy and annual brand plan
- Drive the development of a compelling marketing mix, appropriate to each brand, with a strong understanding of the market specifics and consumer insights
- Prepare P&L for launching new products in line with the brand strategy
- Continued follow up on the category development and consumer insights
- Manage external agencies (Media mix allocation between TV and Digital/planning/work on cumulative media reach/tracking media spend, E-commerce investment, and ROI calculation/campaign)
- Support Customer Marketing in developing the route to market (distribution and promotional strategies where applicable)
- Collaborate with the local Customer Marketing and Sales Teams as needed to ensure best in class execution
- Sharing best practices across CEE commercial teams to support the countries
- Monitor and measure business performance against a set of KPIs: Brand Volume/Revenue, Share of Market, Share of Voice, Brand Equity (Awareness, Trial, Meaningfulness, Distinctiveness, Salience, etc.)
- Ability to use multiple data sources: Nielsen, Internal Sell In-Sell Out data, Media data, conversions from performance campaigns.
Qualifications and Experience:
- University degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven working experience as Brand Manager in an FMCG environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in process management
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
- Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
- Fluency in English both writing and speaking
- Driving License
