Brand Manager
Responsibilities:
- Actively participates in defining the vision of Brand, the objectives and strategies in line with the business direction;
- Implement Brand designs in line with the marketing plan;
- Follows the performance indicators of the category, including market coverage, volume, value, penetration/impact level, awareness of the brand and analyzes potential risks and growth opportunities;
- Monitor/control and coordinate the budget allocated to the project;
- Makes summaries of market surveys and post-evaluation of projects;
- Implement consumer advertising (advertising, packaging, PR) according to Category and Brand strategy;
- Track pre and post evaluation of promotions and apply all results to future Brand development plans;
- Approves all artistic products and gives "good print" to the projects of which it is responsible, after prior approval with line-manager;
- Communicates effectively with Generating Demand, Support departments, Factory, Agents in relation to all Brand initiatives;
- Guarantees brand consistency in the channels or categories in which the portfolio is communicated and monitored in accordance with the category plans;
- Monitor the prices of the products and products of the competition and signal changes and propose actions in line with the Brand's objectives;
- Develop and manage all promotional campaigns nationwide including all pre and post-evaluations and apply their results to future brand plans;
Desired Skills and Experience:
- University Degree;
- Minimum 3 years experience in marketing as Brand Manager, preferably in FMCG ;
- Great Project Management skills – planning, coordination & execution of activities, follow-up & follow-through;
- Resilience & result-focus mindset;
- Great communication, persuasion and presentation skills
- Analytical skills for data interpretation (Nielsen understanding is an advantage);
- Strategic thinking and ability to recommend solutions;
- Very good level of Microsoft office (excel, ppt, word);
- Proficiency in English .
