YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the implementation of cluster category strategies in the Country Group (Romania/Bulgaria/Moldova); adapt supporting material to facilitate execution of the strategy at local level via the cross-functional local brand activation teams (TM, KAM, Field Sales, etc).
  • Responsible for the sales and profit development of the assigned Brands within the Country Group including market share development.
  • Lead development of yearly multichannel activation plans to reflect local specificities and needs (. medical detailing).
  • Leads advertising / marketing communication agencies and internal LMR partners to localize cluster-marketing-materials to local requirements.
  • Manages and controls the promotion and information (P&I) budget relating to all marketing activities for the assigned brands.
  • Coordinate the distribution of free medical samples for OTC products for local organization in accordance with local legislation.
  • Input with local expertise and insights into the development of short to mid-term cluster activation strategy for the respective category, as well as the short term, mid-term and long-term innovation pipeline.
  • Monitor and control category and competitive development as well as launch execution and tracking within the country group.
  • Provide regular updates of category and brand views and developments to the Cluster Category Managers as well as Country Group Leadership team, including recommendation on how to improve or further accelerate brand performance.
  • Ensures compliance of all brand related activities with health & safety regulations, association ethics codes (. ARPIM, RASCI) as well as all company policies, procedures and internal rules.

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • University degree, preferably medical-pharmaceutical and / or marketing studies;
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience of which at least 3 year in pharmaceutical field or FMCG field;
  • Ability to understanding the mechanisms of the market and customer needs;
  • Capacity to assess and select relevant information from the market;
  • Initiative, team spirit;
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills;
  • Autonomy;
  • Fluent English (written and spoken);
  • MS Office advanced;
