Job Responsabilities:
- prospection of new customers for the Eastern Europe Business Unit;
- management of existing customers related to the EE Business Unit, regular communication, price indexations, customer scorecards, payment delays, other customer escalations for different reasons;
- responsible for sourcing phase, since RFQ receival to project nomination;
- realization and sending new offers to customers, follow up and negotiation
- new contract analysis and negotiation;
- management of commercial process for Eastern Europe region, calculation and presentation of commercial KPI.
Job Requirements:
- knowledge of negotiation ;
- general knowledge of plastics, ferrous and non-ferrous metals;
- general knowledge about stamping, injection, assembly, technical drawing technologies;
- computer operating knowledge (world, excel, specific accounting software);
- English – advanced level;
- French/ Hungarian – will be a plus.
- communication, easy in expressing ideas;
- ability for interpersonal relationships and listening;
- ability to analyze, anticipate and react to an incident;
- autonomy and decision making;
- organized, methodical, rigorous;
- team player;
- minimum 4 years in a similar position.
