BU Sales Manager (RO&HU)

Job Responsabilities:

• prospection of new customers for the Eastern Europe Business Unit;
• management of existing customers related to the EE Business Unit, regular communication, price indexations, customer scorecards, payment delays, other customer escalations for different reasons;
• responsible for sourcing phase, since RFQ receival to project nomination;
• realization and sending new offers to customers, follow up and negotiation   
• new contract analysis and negotiation;
• management of commercial process for  Eastern Europe region, calculation and presentation of commercial KPI.

Job Requirements:

• knowledge of negotiation ;
• general knowledge of plastics, ferrous and non-ferrous metals;
• general knowledge about stamping, injection, assembly, technical drawing technologies;
• computer operating knowledge (world, excel, specific accounting software);
• English – advanced level;
• French/ Hungarian – will be a plus.
• communication, easy in expressing ideas;
• ability for interpersonal relationships and listening;
• ability to analyze, anticipate and react to an incident;
• autonomy and decision making;
• organized, methodical, rigorous;
• team player;
• minimum 4 years in a similar position.
