Dr. Bock Industries is building a sustainable, high-tech fashion supply chain solution and looking for full-time business development and project management professional. The role will be fulfilled in Romania with European travel involved.

We are one of the largest german fashion producers with a dedication to sustainability and innovation. Our teams throughout Europe guide our clients from product development over sustainable materials and dyeing solutions to eco-friendly fashion pieces.

Your Role:

You will help us scale up Dr. Bock Industries' business. You will be responsible for workstreams and projects in areas where you can add the highest value and where you have the most fun. Projects can range from preparing new product launches, optimizing our supply chain, reaching more customers, improving the customer experience, and many others. You will work hand in hand with our R&D experts, the commercial team, and our external suppliers. You are as hands-on and fast-paced as we are.

Your Qualifications:

-         Excellent problem-solving skills

-         Proven ability to take ownership of workstreams and projects

-         Highly organized with attention to precision and detail

-         Passion for making things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

-         Strong sense of design trends and consumer needs 

-         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-         Experience with direct-to-consumer brands and e-commerce brands
