We are researching for a Business Analyst with relevant experience in implementation of complex software applications.
The main responsibilities will be to act as point of contact between the customer business stakeholders and internal technical teams from the requirements management perspective and to ensure the delivered solution meet customer expectations while maintaining the functional scope of the solution in the offered parameters.
Required skills/Qualifications:
- Graduate in significant field;
- 3+ years related field work experience;
- Strong analytical and documentation skills;
- Oral and written communication skills;
- Great attention to detail;
- Knowledge and understanding of the Software Development life cycle;
- Communication skills required to work with teams of project managers, developers, QA engineers;
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Interest in continuous career development;
- Ability to work independently.
- Oversee the entire development process;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables etc );
- Experience working with Jira;
- Experience working with presentation / designing/modeling tools like PPT / Visio/Case Complete/ Enterprise Architect ;
Main Responsibilities:
- Requirements elicitation using interviewing and workshop facilitation;
- Define business and technical requirements for business and project teams;
- Prioritize, organize, verify requirements;
- Transform business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications using familiar techniques like scenarios and use cases , process modeling, data modeling, prototyping);
- Define the functional acceptance plan (including testing scenarios) ;
- Validate the solution;
- Work with business and technical teams for structuring the information and onboarding services to support;
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders and explain requirements as well as impact and solution(s);
- Support the customers from scoping to sign off;
- Assist the support team with escalation and business requirements;
- Define and create monthly reports by analyzing and compiling data from multiple sources;
- Deliver information and analysis for decision making;
- Identify trends or issues and determine improved recommendations/specifications;
- Develop and deliver training material for new processes or service offering;
Nice to have:
- SQL / data modeling knowledge;
- CBAP certification or a similar business analysis certification;
