Cegeka has an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join us in Bucharest.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Define business requirements and provides counseling and support in extracting business needs;
  • Translates business requirements into functional specifications and system design specifications according to set standards, including data modelling, workflows and business processes;
  • Suggest the best business solution and analyze the ability to change of the application environment, assesses the impact of changes of existing environment: application, infrastructure and operations;
  • Assist other IT roles with requested information during the implementation phases;
  • Act as liaison between IT and Business departments and IT solutions external providers. Defines Requests for Proposals towards external providers and follows up the contracts with them in relation with costs, deliverables and timelines;
  • Ensure that workflow and internal (IT) procedures are applied within the business process and it is compliance with external and internal regulations and procedure.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in similar position;
  • Ability to work with design and PM tools: MS Visio, MS Project and modelling languages: UMLUMT;
  • Experience in process mapping and use-case driven design techniques;
  • Proven experience in Websites development projects and mobile apps;
  • MS SQL knowledge – is a plus;
  • University degree - preferable computer Sciences or related technical disciplines.
