Business Analyst

Scope:

Business process reengineering by analyzing business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or automated.

The person in this position:

• Performs analyzes on specific indicators and provides predictions on them;
• Monitors, measures and provides feedback on business sub-processes;
• Analyzes, develops and configures sustainable business sub-processes and data structures;
• Transposes business objectives into technical specifications;
• Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on improved customer service, increased productivity and reduced costs;
• Offers scoring model solutions in order to implement testing and implementation in the system;
• Participates in the preparation and analysis of case studies for commercial products in order to quantify the financial impact of launching new products / initiatives for customers;

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in a similar position and experience in SQL Querying;
• Good knowledge of MS SQL Querying;
• Graduate of Automatics, Cybernetics, Informatics or Mathematics;
• Good command of English;
• Excellent knowledge of the Office Package (Excel, Word, Power Point);
• Knowledge of R programming would be an advantage (scoring models);
• Knowledge of Tableau BI would be an advantage;
• Good knowledge of Statistics and Mathematics;
• Analytical skills;
• Team player;
• Customer oriented
