As a Business Analyst you will work alongside other business analysts and report directly to the department manager. The primary role of a Business Analysts includes the generating idea for new processes, developing them and very essentially implementing them to ensure that they’re functioning well.
Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
Responsibilities
Main role responsibilities will include:
- Act as the main point of contact between Sales and Account Management, developers and other support teams, and actively participate in the implementation of platform changes and enhancements
- Understand the business and user needs and translate them into requirements that developers can implement
- Offer support to the various teams and investigate the issue / requirement;
- Documents the maintenance, revision and approval items into the specific support tool;
- Identify potential improvement opportunities within the process/tools/teams by studying current practices workflows and trends;
- Understand and communicate the technical, operational and financial impact of any change;
Qualifications and skills
The ideal candidate would have:
- Studies: graduate of higher education
- Nice to have – experience with working with Salesforce
- Advanced Excel
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field, preferably in a sales environment
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal
