Key responsibilities:

• Ariba - Responsible for receiving, reconciling, and invoicing all orders created in Ariba
• Validate order accuracy based on contractual, billing configurations, and signed country site LEA’s
• Update contracts repository for reference and ordering purposes
• Responsible for processing orders via SAP
• Research asset information such as Direct Express quotes, MyQuotes model numbers, serial number links to Sales Orders
• Manage and ensure project budget is available and properly funded for customer orders being processed in SAP
• Work with Delivery Managers to prepare quarterly Capital Expenditure (CapEx) forecast based on equipment requirements

• Ariba Knowledge
• SFDC
• Employee training Accuracy with Data files
