Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance or other related fields
• At least 5 years experience in data analysis and/or science
• Healthcare background or experience preferred
• Hands on experience with SAS represents an advantage
• Exposure to Data Warehouse and/or Data Lake platforms
• Experience with project management and system development methodology discipline

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development and support of Data Analytics through SAS such as: Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and associated data marts, Master Data Management (MDM) offerings, analytics data marts, analytics data visualizations and reports and advanced analytics models
• Responsible for ensuring data within Data Analytics environments is accurate, consolidated, standardized, retained and adequately refreshed using the appropriate data integration and cleansing techniques
• Serves as an advocate for data and analytics initiatives while helping ensure upstream applications and/or systems are developed, configured, used and maintained with an awareness of downstream data and analytics requirements
• Partners with business owners and data consumers to identify downstream data reporting and analytics needs, while ensuring the data is appropriately integrated (where available) for this purpose
• Provides consulting, training, testing, and other support for patient data-related projects and deliverables
• Tests, evaluates, and improves the efficacy of all data collection and data quality processes.
