Business Analyst

We have a challenging opportunity for an ambitious and experienced 
Business Analyst to join our Financial team.

As a Business Analyst, you will work with business analysis, 
understanding our customer’s needs, specifying this in a structured way 
for our developers. This involves using your background, combining it 
with more explicit knowledge of the customer’s business processes and 
describing work flows and features in requirement specifications. This 
work is often assisted by our usability experts. When new features have 
been developed, you will test these both verifying that the 
specifications have been followed and testing for quality.

Responsibilities and work tasks:

Requirements engineering based on needs from our stakeholders and 
users

*

Quality assurance and testing

*

Verify that new functionality fulfils the requirements

*

Follow up on items in the error reporting system

*

Participate in improving processes for development and test

*

Create and maintain the user documentation in English

*

3rd line of support

We believe that you have:

*

University degree in the field of finance or accounting or computer 
science

*

Experience from working as an accountant and/or with ERP systems

*

Technical understanding in the areas of software and SQL databases

*

A good eye for work processes and good usability

*

Experience from testing and test systems

*

An open mind and self-driven personality
