Business Analyst with ECM / DMS solutions

Responsibilities:

• Participates in customer meetings to understand and document their requirements
• Consult with and gather information from technicians, engineers, contractors, etc.
• Carries out the analysis and definition of the processes within the projects, the list of requirements and their prioritization, creates the process diagram and project documentation including Project Plan, Project Scope, Test Plan Scenarios
• Validates the specification documents and coordinates the testing phase and UAT
• Assist in ensuring compliance with necessary specifications

• Monitoring the project from inception to completion
• Facilitate communications between office and field staff (between client and technical team)
• Carry out daily operational tasks in an effective and timely manner
• Track and report project status updates
• Help problem-solve issues and suggest ways to improve the project
• Schedule and confirm deliveries to field staff
• Organize, file, and maintain all current project documents

• Study customer areas to better understand the general needs of organizations in those areas, analyses and documents the particularities of clients in the respective fields
• Identifies the strengths and weaknesses of projects and seeks, proposes, and defines ways to improve weaknesses
• Schedule meetings, phone calls, site visits, etc.
• Maintain positive vendor and client relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in IT, business management or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in project management or as a business analyst
• Knowledgeable in business analysis and project implementation of ECM/DMS solutions
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and other management software
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Skilled collaborator
• Excels in a high-paced work environment
• Strong communication skills both oral and written
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Adaptable and calm under pressure
