Desired Experience and Skills:

-Very advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) at least 1-2 years;

-Advanced English is a mandatory requirement;

-Comfortable working independently, but also with a strong team-spirit;

-Ability to work with large databases/ BI analyst;

-Optimistic, resistant to stress, proactive person;

Responsibilities:

-makes monthly or quarterly analyzes regarding the activity of the company and of the main functional areas and signals any deviation from the proposed objectives;

-performs adhoc analyzes at the request of the company's top and middle management;

-he/ she intervenes every time he/she notices that the company is moving away from the proposed objectives;

-collaborates closely with the company's top and middle management;

-proposes the design and implements the report models necessary to monitor the company's activity and the KPI's mentioned above;

-reestablishing together with the company's top and middle management the models of monitoring reports of the Performance Indicators;
