New Business & Quality Surveilance Manager

Tasks:

• Create new business opportunities for the company by creating, leading, supervising new projects and binging new clients;
• Enlarge the clients protofolio by creating ideas and new business relationships with potential clients;
• Perform client service activities by maintaining the relationships with existing clients;
• Work closely with operational and marketing/creative departments;
• Ensure the quality output of the creative and operational departments;
• Assist or lead presentations to clients for new business proposals;
• Participate along with the management team in defining strategies;

Skills:

1. Be able to flawlessly present and communicate in both written and verbal forms in Romanian and English;
2. Be resilient, detailed and creative;
3. Be able to successfully work on own initiative and be driven by success and proactive;
4. Have good networking skills abd abulity to ignite and develop client relations;

Education: No special education is required. However previous experience in advertising, digital marketing or related industries is a must.
