 Business Data Analyst

Workplace: Bucharest

Responsibilities:

• Source market data / perform market research from multiple sources
• Propose external sources of data
• Aggregate and process department related data (. related to transactions, market, industry)
• Prepare and develop reports as per the needs of the department
• Maintain and develop transactional data platform (pipeline)
• Prepare and develop company materials
• Run internal projects connected to data & internal tools
• Other department related tasks requested by the Manager

Requirements:

• min. 4 years of work experience in the market research financial industry
• min. 5 years of professional work experience (preferably related to data sourcing, reporting, aggregation, processing), preferably in the financial industry
• min. Bachelor studies
• Ms Excel proficiency and very good level of Ms PowerPoint
• B2 English level
• analytical thinking
• ability to be a team player and prioritize, ability to work in a dynamic environment
• organizational & presentation skills
• high level of attention to details

Nice to have:

• other languages is a plus (Spanish, Italian, French, etc.)
• experience in the receivables management industry

Place of work: Bucharest/home office (although the direct manager is located in Wroclaw, Poland). Communication within

the team will be in English, through MS Teams/other similar communication tools.

NPL Investments Strategy Area - KRUK Group Department responsible for:

• Developing & implementing the NPL investments strategy for all operating countries (Poland, Romania, Czechia, Slovakia, Italy, Spain).
• Monitoring of: NPL transactions, industry trends, reports etc.
• Building & maintaining relationships with internal and external Business Partners;
• NPL transactions related procedures;

Internationally diverse team: based in Poland: Head - Romanian, Managers: Brazilian, Belgian/British.
