What you will do:
• Identify specific prospects to approach, while communicating the value proposition for their business and use case;
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings;
• Research organisations and individuals to identify new leads;
• Understand the technical requirements of our customers, their needs and objectives;
• Prepare and present powerful sales presentations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of Soft Galaxy software solutions;
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers;
• Manage contract negotiations;
• Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives; •
Handle passive prospects;
• Perform analysis to determine opportunities in the market;
• Assist company management representatives in their business development activities.
What you need for this role:
• At least 3 years of direct sales experience - minimum 1 year within the Technology industry (Software Solutions/Services/Products);
• Oriented towards a consultative sales approach;
• A proven track record of business development success;
• Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions;
• Good negotiation skills;
• Natural drive to succeed in sales;
• Motivation, perseverance, and determination qualities;
• High level of personal ethics;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (Romanian and English);
• Will be considered advantages: technical (Software development) background.
