Business developer

Here at Uptrain, we aim to make others successful. We are a Neogen backed start-up building the first coaching platform in Romania and looking to expand regionally. We are in the product development stage and are looking for a resourceful business developer to help us grow.

We are: runners, basketball players, dog people, cat people, vegans, gym-goers, painters, binge-watchers and everything in between. We value curiosity, hard work, and a good joke.

You should be: The colleague who can’t reach the bar in a crowded place because you stop to say hello to everybody. You believe there isn’t anything hard work cannot overcome, and you have yet to meet a challenge you haven’t accepted.  

At Uptrain you will:

• Connect with companies, HR managers and engage with them in a beginning-to-end sales process
• Build and coordinate the sales team
• Work closely with the Product Design team to build the best solution for our customers
• Drive business development and achieve strategic goals
