Business Development Researcher

About the role

As a Business Development Researcher, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and contacting key stakeholders at some of the most exciting beauty and commercial companies in the world. As a diligent researcher and database whiz, you’ll quickly identify relevant contacts at key target companies and run the initial stages of the prospecting process in cooperation with the Account Managers.

Your Responsibilities:

Researching potential beauty and commercial companies and identify suitable prospects/clients

Locating the relevant contacts for prospects

Establish communication channel via emails,skype, WhatsApp, etc

Crafting tailored email campaigns and business proposals to key prospects/clients

Maintaining an excellent prospecting database

Role requirements:

Research and analysis: you’ll thoroughly research potential prospects/clients, identifying the right person at the right company at the right time

Attention to detail and organization: you’ll keep accurate records, ensuring all databases are up to date

Written communication: your emails and communication will stand out in a crowd, leaving your target no choice but to click and find out more

Resilience: you won’t be easily deterred by a lack of response. You’ll constantly search for a new angle/client until you’ve exhausted all avenues

Efficiency: you’ll be able to prioritize your time, using the best tools in the industry to maximize your output

You must Develop the below Qualifications and Experience:

Excellent MS Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook skills.

Excellent Telephone and Written Communication skills.

Ability to interact professionally with clients, able to prioritize workload and be self-sufficient.

A team player is required as the role entails active participation in the team, in addition to being able to work on their own.

Confident communicator who has the skills to manage client’s requirements or used to dealing with senior members within a business.

Must have at least 2 years of sales experience and prove to us you can sell.

Excellent English skills.

Knowledge of Spanish language will be considered as plus.
