We are in the process of growing a BI team that implements and optimizes BI solutions for our software products. The huge demand for Business Intelligence and data-driven solutions from our customers will give you a broad network of contacts both in terms of products and projects as well as various groups of professionals, customers, and partners.

The job involves a hands-on approach to tasks in relation to BI solutions implementation.

Tasks vary from basic BI architecture solutions to complex BI solutions tailored to customers' needs and requirements.

We will also focus on building up knowledge and methods, and an effective team, where you will be happy to develop as a professional. This means you will be able to make your mark on the BI team and the way we work.

As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will:  

• be involved in all phases of the BI project
• help project-manage the BI projects,
• help implement the solution,
• assist in securing a good dialogue with colleagues, customers and partners.

Requirements

As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will get the opportunity to acquire new knowledge and expertise in areas like analytics, machine learning and artificial intelligence. We will develop your skills and expect that you will learn quickly.

We are looking for expertise or experience in the following areas:

• Microsoft SQL Server
• Microsoft SSIS and SSAS
• Data Warehousing and cubes
• Data modelling and analysis (use of R or SQL)
• Data visualization in Targit or Microsoft Power BI considered a plus, but any reporting tool is accepted
• Good command of the English language

It is important that you have a solid understanding of the interplay between people, technologies, and processes, and that you are enthusiast, organized, analytical and motivated.

You will therefore have good communication skills combined with good business acumen and enjoy contributing to a wide variety of assignments.
