Business Intelligence Project Manager

Your mission: 

• Develop dashboards using BI technologies.
• Provide analysis, reports and dashboards using BI technologies.
• Analyze the requirements and propose the best reporting solution to the users.

This Is What You Would Be Doing At CRH Romania 

• Analyze, define and implement advanced BI solutions tailored to answer to data and reporting needs of various groups of users;
• Deploy, manage and scale complex dashboards in Qlik Sense;
• Monitor the processes and data flows and bug fixing;
• Gather requirements and deploy dashboards to answer data and reporting needs for various groups of business users;
• Investigate and structure data to highlight business opportunities and support leaders decision making;
• Ensure and maintain data alignment between the systems, monitor and maintain data quality and expose data inaccuracies in the source systems to drive improvement;
• Educate users to consume the dashboards and grow their analytical skills for self-service BI;
• Building a final report (Working with Data visualization tools, building interactive reports, complex dashboards for line managers, creating calculated KPIs or metrics by writing complex formulas)
• Innovates through, demonstrating how developments in technology can provide opportunities to improve business performance

This Is What You Will Bring To CRH Romania

• • Proficient in implement Qlik Sense/BI software
  • The ability to analyze complex data using BI tools: advanced Qlik Sense/BI skills
  • Proficiency in using a database
  • Ability to query and develop database connectivity (SQL Server, Azure, Teradata, etc.)
  • Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP
  • Agile and Business Process Mapping experience; Project Management qualifications is a plus
  • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint advanced user
  • Business and systems analysis in a large digital environment
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Problem-solving approach and results oriented
  • Excellent communication skills (English proficiency is compulsory, others would be a plus)
  • Excellent visualization skills
  • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint advanced user
  • Ability to work with end users to define requirements and identify solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
  • Min 6 years of relevant experience; experience in Finance is a plus
  • IT literate – openness to learn new technologies, skilled in web applications will be a plus
