Business Intelligence - SaaS Consultant

We are looking for a Business Intelligence - SaaS Consultant who will initiate and support the steps towards customer centricity through personalization.

Job Responsibilities:

• In order to further advance the linking of our systems with Thunderhead One and Airship, you will develop strategies in consultation with the departments and be in close contact with the developers and the manufacturers.
• As a technical contact for customer profiling and personalization, you will analyze, configure and support the implementation of the new customer engagement solution.
• You compare the use case with the possibilities of Thunderhead One and Airship, accompany the implementation in coordination with the specialist departments, and are responsible for quality assurance and testing of the use cases.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the data protection requirements are implemented and complied with.

Job Requirement:

• Studies, for example in (business) computer science, as well as several years of practical experience in advising departments and developers alike.
• Enjoying the combination of technological understanding, strategic analysis and implementation work, all of this using Agile methods.
• The ability to convey and present technical requirements to different target groups in an understandable way (in English).
• Front-end technologies (NodeJS / JavaScript / HTML) and interface communication (REST / JSON), MySQL / MSSQL - Git & GitFlow, Azure DevOps, Postman, Docker, Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure are not foreign words to you.
• Ideally (but not necessarily) you will have additional experience in Java, HTML, CSS, Thunderhead One and Airship. If not, then that's not so bad, as long as you enjoy familiarizing yourself with these topics.
